Key Account Manager – Strategic Accounts

About the role

The Key Account Manager will develop and expand strategic relationships with existing clients across retail, consumer products, supply chain, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Working remotely across the United States, the role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing share of wallet, and positioning Bureau Veritas as a trusted partner for quality, compliance, sustainability, and supply chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop long‑term account plans and executive‑level relationships.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across testing, inspection, certification, audits, advisory, and sustainability services.
• Lead contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and pricing discussions.
• Coordinate global and regional teams to deliver integrated client solutions and conduct regular business reviews.
• Monitor client satisfaction, proactively address risks, and ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in TIC, quality assurance, supply chain services, or B2B technical services.
• Proven success managing enterprise or strategic accounts and selling complex service solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage senior leaders.
