Senior Director, Brand Partnerships

About the role

As a senior member of Pubity Group’s Global Sales team, you will drive new‑business growth across social branded content, influencer marketing and sponsorship solutions. The focus is on building long‑term partnerships with key clients in sectors such as travel, food & beverage, gaming, fashion and CPG.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure a defined number of new clients or campaigns each quarter within assigned industry verticals.
• Sell the full suite of social advertising opportunities and develop new formats aligned with client objectives.
• Build relationships across strategy, planning, buying and other key departments to maximise coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams – Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Social Editorial and Production – to craft and deliver compelling pitches.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from brief response to contract sign‑off, ensuring timely delivery of all criteria.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience representing East Coast media agencies and brands.
• Strong network in Travel, Food & Beverage, Gaming, QSR, Fashion and CPG sectors.
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for fast‑paced startup environments.
• Deep understanding of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook.
• Proven ability to translate briefs into integrated proposals and negotiate with media agencies and brands.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
