About the role

As a Debt Consultant on the Achieve Debt Resolution team, you will work with customers facing high levels of unsecured debt, guiding them through personalized solutions to regain financial control. The role focuses on managing a pipeline of high‑value opportunities and closing decisions within one or two interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high‑debt, high‑intent customers from initial contact through enrollment.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture and explain debt resolution strategies.
• Balance empathy with direction, guiding customers through emotionally and financially complex decisions.
• Prioritize opportunities, execute targeted follow‑up, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a consultative financial sales environment.
• Proven success in a commission‑driven role with consistent goal attainment.
• Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing opportunities.
• Confidence discussing financial situations, trade‑offs, and long‑term outcomes.
