Account Manager – Commercial Pest Control Sales

About the role

A rapidly expanding national commercial property services provider is looking for a high‑performance Account Manager to lead its commercial pest control and property maintenance portfolio in the Greater Dallas area. You will act as a consultative partner to property managers and real‑estate owners, delivering contractual compliance and maintenance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting, cold calling and networking to secure long‑term contracts across multifamily and commercial sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, regional supervisors and asset managers.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to executive contract sign‑off.
• Develop ROI‑driven service proposals that highlight financial benefits and risk mitigation.
• Maintain existing contracts, drive renewals and cross‑sell additional facilities solutions.
• Represent the brand at industry events such as the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in pest control or commercial facilities services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for boardroom presentations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel throughout Greater Dallas.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using field data tablets and standard professional software suites.
