Music Education Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Music Education Partnerships Manager builds and supports strong local music programs, acting as the primary field relationship owner for schools, educators, and store partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with music educators, district leaders, and school administrators.
• Plan and execute territory activities, including school visits, recruitment presentations, instrument trial events, and parent nights.
• Coordinate instrument delivery, repairs, and service support with internal teams.
• Resolve rental, repair, and equipment issues promptly and identify larger school opportunities.

Required profile

• Relationship‑driven professional comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time and commitments effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, Business, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Understanding of school instrumental music program cycles and recruitment periods.
