Inside Electricity Sales Representative

About the role

Join a high‑growth, entrepreneurial company focused on simplifying the Texas electricity market. As an Inside Electricity Sales Representative you will help customers secure the best electricity rates for their homes while contributing to the team’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the best electricity rate for their home.
• Listen to customer concerns and match them with suitable products.
• Use closing techniques to overcome objections and finalize sales.
• Share ideas across teams to improve capabilities and product offerings.
• Maintain open communication and morale within the sales team.

Required profile

• 1+ year of inside sales experience (preferred).
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy sales environment as a team player.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with email, CRM systems and web‑based tools.
