Sales Training Manager

About the role

The Sales Training Manager designs, implements, and continuously improves the training strategy for Statewide Remodeling’s In‑Home Sales organization. This role partners with sales leadership to close performance gaps, accelerate new‑hire ramp‑up, and drive revenue growth across the company’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy, including onboarding, advanced learning paths, and leadership development programs.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding, teach product knowledge, sales processes, financing options, CRM usage, and compliance requirements.
• Travel to regional markets to conduct ride‑alongs, coach sales consultants on needs assessment, objection handling, closing techniques, and professionalism.
• Partner with sales leadership to analyze metrics, identify skill gaps, and create targeted learning solutions that improve close rates, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years residential in‑home sales experience and 3+ years sales training, coaching, or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate adult learning programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Instructional design and development of instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced learning content.
