Internal Sales/Advisory Consultant

About the role

The Internal Sales/Advisory Consultant will support the Wealth Distribution department by driving sales growth of public and private investment solutions. You will work closely with advisors and institutions to expand client engagement and increase assets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with external sales teams to promote investment solutions such as Private Alternatives, Mutual Funds, SMAs, and ETFs across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors, RIAs, Bank Trusts, and broker‑dealer channels through virtual meetings, calls, and digital outreach.
• Execute targeted sales strategies, develop action plans, and drive asset growth and profitability.
• Leverage data, analytics, and tools like Salesforce, Broadridge, Allego, and Seismic to identify opportunities and meet sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of the financial marketplace and experience selling financial products.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain Series 7, 63, 65) for associate level; SIE preferred for analyst level.
• Strong interest in sales, proactive outreach, and ability to travel 5‑10%.
