Regional Sales Manager – Equipment Finance (Northeast)

About the role

Altius Search Group is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for a client in the equipment finance industry. This remote position focuses on the Northeast territory, working with dealers, distributors, and manufacturers to provide financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and manage small‑ to mid‑ticket vendor financing programs.
• Develop and maintain leasing programs with qualified equipment manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and resellers.
• Structure and present financing products to vendors and their customers.
• Handle account management from application through funding, including credit information gathering for underwriting.
• Market equipment finance services through outbound calls and marketing materials to regional equipment resellers.
• Support existing manufacturer programs, expedite transactions, and monitor invoice payments and service levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the equipment finance industry.
• Strong understanding of the equipment financing marketplace and its benefits for lessees and vendors.
• Proven executive‑level sales negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding financial goals.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set objectives.

Required skills

• Knowledge of vendor leasing program development.
• Experience in credit information gathering and underwriting support.
• Expertise in negotiating lease terms and pricing.
