Vendor Business Development – Equipment Finance (Northeast)

About the role

Altius Search Group is recruiting for a Vendor Business Development professional to support an equipment finance lessor. The role is remote and focuses on building and managing vendor financing programs for customers in the Southwest territory.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and grow small- to mid-ticket vendor financing programs.
• Develop and maintain leasing programs with qualified equipment manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and resellers.
• Structure and present financing products to vendors and their customers.
• Manage accounts from application through funding, including credit information gathering.
• Market equipment finance services through outbound calls and marketing materials.
• Support existing manufacturer programs and expedite ongoing transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equipment financing.
• Strong understanding of the equipment financing marketplace and its benefits.
• Executive‑level sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting financial goals.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set objectives.
