Internal Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Scheduler to work UK business hours while operating remotely. The role involves matching candidates to temporary and contract positions for our client companies and ensuring smooth daily scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling of temporary and contract workers to meet client shift requests.
• Screen, verify compliance, and place competent workers to maintain high fill ratios.
• Communicate regularly with temps to confirm availability, attendance, and satisfaction.
• Handle holiday accrual queries and related candidate support.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider recruitment team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing, or scheduling (agency or internal).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative, data‑management, and CRM abilities.
• Proven customer‑service and relationship‑management experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work under pressure.
