Industrial Engineer – New College Graduate (Master's)

About the role

Join Applied Materials as an Industrial Engineer focused on internal consulting, working directly with Applied Global Services leadership to drive strategic projects that improve supply chain, operations, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and analyze complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end project life cycles from process analysis to implementation, securing stakeholder buy‑in.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to gather information, test hypotheses, and accelerate execution.
• Optimize operations to reduce cycle time, shrink costs, and improve overall performance.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Broad understanding of logistics, financial reporting, purchasing, and service business management.
• Strong analytical ability to extract insights from multiple data sources.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; able to work in a matrix environment.
