About the role
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technicians to provide in‑home ABA services for children in Hazlet, Freehold and Long Branch, NJ.
Key responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
- Work 1:1 with children in their home environment and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
- Collaborate with families and team members, and participate in meetings and training.
Required profile
- Prior ABA therapy experience (high school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
- Strong communication skills and availability during after‑school hours.

- Competitive hourly rate of $28‑30.
- Flexible part‑time schedule.
