Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

Logan Services is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support employees throughout the entire lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding. This on‑site, full‑time position offers hands‑on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, post jobs, schedule interviews, conduct phone screens, and maintain applicant tracking records.
• Manage onboarding processes, prepare materials, conduct new‑hire orientation, and support off‑boarding activities.
• Organize employee recognition programs, events, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions on benefits, PTO, policies, and HR programs; maintain personnel files and certifications.
• Assist with HR reporting, process improvements, and various HR projects.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or related field.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
