Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Logan Services, you will find and hire great people across the organization, from skilled trades to office and leadership roles, while building relationships and promoting the company as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts from initial outreach through hire.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect with potential candidates and sell them on career opportunities at Logan.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and make hiring decisions.
• Work with Marketing to develop recruiting campaigns and strengthen our employer brand.
• Represent Logan at career fairs, trade schools, and community events.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow‑up.
• Track recruiting results and identify opportunities to improve hiring and retention.

• A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and persistent.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
