About the role

Logan Services is seeking a Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process for a variety of positions, from skilled trades to leadership roles. You will build relationships with candidates and showcase why Logan is a great place to grow a career.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Proactively find candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and community partnerships.
• Make outbound calls and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and keep hiring moving forward.
• Collaborate with Marketing on creative recruiting campaigns and represent Logan at career fairs and community events.
• Track recruiting metrics, monitor pipeline activity, and improve hiring results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, business development, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Competitive, persistent, and motivated by meeting hiring goals.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and selling opportunities to candidates.
• Proactive talent sourcing mindset and ability to manage multiple open positions.
