HRIS Analyst (Workday)

About the role

Ramp is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a live Workday implementation on its People team. Reporting to the Senior HRIS Manager, you will configure, test, and maintain Workday modules while partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders through go‑live and hyper‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test, roll out, and maintain Workday HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Gather requirements, run testing cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness with business stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Support system releases, document outcomes, and triage issues.
• Train users, create SOPs and job aids, and enable AI‑driven Workday initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on Workday experience, including configuration and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Workday configuration (HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence).
• Data validation, audit, and compliance reporting.
• Workday testing, release management, and documentation.
• Experience with AI transformation initiatives within Workday is a plus.
