Housekeeper – South Side on Lamar

About the role

The Housekeeper ensures overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal at the South Side on Lamar community.

Key responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units market‑ready throughout the day.
• Assists in the make‑ready process and performs additional duties requested by management.
• Reports any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies when re‑order is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in all weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
