Housekeeper for Residential Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing office, clubhouse, and common‑area amenities at the Broadstone at Sierra Vista community.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process with tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined areas for extended periods.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and to take on call duties.
