About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Healthcare/Nursing Recruiter to join their team remotely in the United States. You will lead the recruitment of nursing talent and provide training to fellow team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top nursing talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Provide recruitment training and mentorship to other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with nursing schools, associations, and other talent sources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and compliance with employment laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on nursing.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Excellent administrative and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
