Vice President, Global Human Resources

About the role

Vistance Networks is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute a global people strategy that supports rapid growth and market expansion. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel, the Vice President, Global Human Resources will act as a strategic partner to Aurora Networks and oversee enterprise‑wide HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align a comprehensive HR strategy with corporate objectives, advising senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent decisions.
• Lead M&A activities, including HR due diligence, integration planning, and post‑close execution.
• Build and manage a high‑performing global HR team covering regional HR, operations, technology, and total rewards.
• Drive a scalable, technology‑enabled HR operating model and manage the HR budget.
• Oversee talent management processes such as recruiting, performance management, and talent calibration.
• Ensure global HR operations are standardized, compliant, and efficient, advancing automation and data‑driven workflows.
• Direct global compensation and benefits programs, including open enrollment, merit cycles, and incentive plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record as a trusted business partner to C‑suite executives.
• Experience leading multifunctional or global HR teams and executing HR strategies in worldwide organizations.
• Strong expertise across core HR disciplines: HRBP, benefits, compensation, talent management, operations, and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation, simplification, and scale, especially in M&A contexts.

What we offer

• Base salary range $225,000 – $250,000 per year.
