Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruitment across Latin America, focusing on Costa Rica and expanding into Colombia. This role develops regional hiring strategies, partners with stakeholders, and drives a high‑performing LATAM recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to LATAM market dynamics while aligning with global goals.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and modern recruitment tools.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide talent insights, and influence decisions.
• Coach and develop LATAM Talent Acquisition Associates, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, report progress, and identify market trends to improve effectiveness.
• Manage the ATS (Greenhouse, transitioning to Workday) ensuring accurate job postings and candidate lifecycle management.
• Champion employer branding to position Critical Mass as an employer of choice in LATAM.

Required profile

• 5+ years full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high‑growth or digital agency environments.
• 3+ years leading and scaling recruitment teams across geographies.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM talent market, sourcing channels, cultural nuances, and employment landscape.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems: Greenhouse and Workday.
