Health, Safety & Environment Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth’s HydraForce division for a summer internship focused on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). You will support the manufacturing teams while gaining hands‑on experience in safety inspections, incident reporting and environmental initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with workplace safety inspections and audits.
• Help maintain HSE records, reports and training documentation.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective‑action tracking.
• Update safety policies, procedures and signage.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks and environmental projects.
• Perform other HSE‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Health & Safety Management, or Industrial Hygiene/Management.
• Available to work onsite in Lincolnshire during the summer of 2027.
• Strong interest in developing HSE knowledge within a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Ability to record and organize data accurately.
