About the role

Rillet is looking for an early‑career GTM Sourcer to help find exceptional talent for its go‑to‑market organization, initially focusing on post‑sales hiring. You will research talent markets, uncover candidates others miss, and engage them with personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify high‑quality candidates across Rillet’s GTM organization, especially post‑sales roles.
• Deeply research companies, teams, and talent markets to map where top talent resides.
• Understand candidate motivations and craft tailored outreach to spark interest.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine talent judgment and improve sourcing strategies.
• Experiment with outreach channels, track data, and iterate quickly to improve results.

Required profile

• Competitive, driven and goal‑oriented with a strong desire to deliver results.
• Passionate about detective‑style sourcing, pattern spotting and uncovering hidden talent.
• Curious about people’s motivations and able to personalize engagement.
• High agency, resilient and able to keep momentum despite setbacks.
• Coachable, actively seeks feedback and aims to build exceptional talent judgment early in career.
