WorkForce Software Functional Implementation Consultant

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a motivated Functional Implementation Consultant to support workforce management projects for enterprise clients using the WorkForce Software platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document client business requirements related to workforce management processes.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities through WorkForce Software solutions.
• Configure, test, and support WorkForce Software functionality under senior guidance.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide end‑user training and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, configurations, and testing results.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in implementation or support for the WorkForce Software platform.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel to Chicago as needed.
