Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Integration

About the role

The Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Integration leads Astro Shapes’ Integration Management Office, Project Management Office, Continuous Improvement, and Learning & Development functions. This senior position builds internal capability to execute acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements with minimal reliance on external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the due‑diligence integration playbook and serve as the internal counterpart to external integration support.
• Lead governance for active integrations, including project cadence, decision rights, escalation, and risk management.
• Stand up and run a durable internal PMO: maintain project inventory, prioritization, workplans, dashboards, and RACI structures.
• Drive continuous‑improvement methodology and culture across the organization and report portfolio health to executive leadership.
• Oversee Learning & Development: assess capability gaps, build curricula, manage training delivery, and design leadership development programs.

Required profile

• Experience owning integration, PMO, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness functions in‑house.
• Comfort operating at both strategic (governance, playbook design) and operational (workplan, dashboard) levels.
• Proven track record of building repeatable internal capability rather than executing single initiatives.
• Willingness to personally execute work in under‑resourced functions and scale them into standing teams.
