GTM Associate – Enterprise Sales Apprenticeship

About the role

The GTM Associate program at Rogo is a structured apprenticeship that places you at the centre of live AI‑driven deals with top financial institutions. You will gain deep product mastery and hands‑on experience in enterprise sales while working alongside senior Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve product mastery across the Rogo platform and become a trusted resource in client conversations.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the full deal cycle, from discovery to proofs of concept.
• Build and tailor demo environments that map Rogo to prospect workflows.
• Drive strategic outbound prospecting into named enterprise accounts with multi‑threaded messaging.
• Contribute to deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and qualification using proven sales methodology.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with 2‑4 years of client‑facing experience in sales, investment banking, private equity, asset management, consulting, or fintech.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and executive presence; comfortable engaging Managing Directors and C‑Suite executives.
• Clear ambition to move into a quota‑carrying sales or pre‑sales role.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and financial workflows.
