About the role

Rox is an AI‑native B2B revenue intelligence startup looking for a full‑cycle Growth Recruiter to join its Talent team in San Francisco. You will partner with the Head of Talent to source, interview, and manage candidates for post‑sales roles.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting for Growth and post‑sales positions such as Growth Strategists, Forward Deployed Engineers, Data Science, InfoSec, and Customer Support.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using AI‑native tooling, manage agency relationships, and create internal recruiting automations.
• Conduct structured interviews, contribute to hiring bar calibration, and provide pipeline visibility to hiring teams and leadership.
• Represent Rox at events and candidate touchpoints, and actively use the Rox product to sell the mission.

Required profile

• 1+ year of professional recruiting experience focused on post‑sales or Growth functions in an early‑stage startup.
• Demonstrated ownership, speed, and ability to build recruiting processes from scratch.
• Passion for AI‑native environments and a strong desire to work at Rox specifically.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Slack, Notion, and AI‑native workflows (e.g., Claude).
• Experience building sourcing pipelines and managing agency partnerships.

What we offer

• Base salary range $180,000 – $250,000 USD.
