About the role
We are looking for a versatile Generalist to join our small, high‑trust team just outside Austin. This role is not tied to a single function; you will figure things out, take ownership, and help shape how the company operates as we tackle climate volatility with innovative insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and solve problems across product, operations, and business development without a predefined lane.
- Take ownership of initiatives that advance our climate‑resilience offerings.
- Contribute to building processes and frameworks as the company scales.
- Collaborate with a high‑caliber team to deliver specialty insurance products.
