Forward Deployed Analyst

About the role

Clipboard Health is looking for a Forward Deployed Analyst to work directly with its largest enterprise customers. You will diagnose complex operational and product challenges, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure solutions are delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end resolution of complex customer and operational problems, from diagnosis through implementation.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to map workflows, identify pain points, and define success criteria.
• Break ambiguous issues into clear workstreams, assign owners, and manage timelines.
• Lead implementations involving time‑clock compliance, payroll, and integrations with systems such as ADP and UKG.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to investigate issues, propose solutions, and track outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data, conversations, and system behavior.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to senior leadership.
• Self‑starter who can create clarity and alignment without direct authority over teams.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, SaaS‑based environments serving healthcare organizations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with payroll and workforce management platforms, specifically ADP.
• Experience with scheduling and time‑clock systems, such as UKG.
