About the role

Join a leading healthcare organization as an Experienced ICU Registered Nurse working night shifts in Kenner. You will provide high‑quality patient care within a collaborative, inclusive team while adhering to professional standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Apply the nursing process to deliver comprehensive ICU patient care.
Assess learning needs of patients and families and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources, acting as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
Utilize data and evidence‑based practices to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Certification in a clinical specialty area is preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software and web‑based applications.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
