About the role

The Supervisor – Patient Access Representative leads the patient access team, ensuring smooth patient flow and minimizing wait times. This full‑time position is based in Kenner, Louisiana, and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff performance, productivity, and schedules to meet departmental goals.
• Monitor patient flow, adjust staffing levels, and conduct audits to improve service.
• Facilitate conflict resolution across departments and remove performance barriers.
• Interview, hire, and train new team members, fostering a high‑performing environment.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and report statistics to leadership.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7 years of customer‑service experience in healthcare or related fields, or 2 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel between facilities and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
