About the role

Join Ochsner’s outpatient orthopedics team in Kenner, providing autonomous physical therapy treatment to patients referred or seeking direct care. You will evaluate, develop, and monitor treatment plans while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment programs.
Assess patient response, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Achieve productivity targets related to access, patient experience, and quality metrics.
Contribute to program development to meet community needs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Current state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
