ERP Specialist

About the role

Concept2 is looking for a solutions‑oriented ERP Specialist to support the daily operation and global rollout of its Abas ERP system. Working closely with the ERP Lead, you will partner with teams across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Abas ERP users worldwide.
• Troubleshoot system and business‑process issues and assist with configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.
• Support implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, training, and post‑launch support.
• Develop and maintain reports, documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Manage user access, permissions, master data, and data quality.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and external technical partners as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing an ERP system.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical users.
• Self‑sufficient, accountable, and comfortable collaborating across locations.

Required skills

• Experience with Abas ERP (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, sales, or finance processes.
• Experience with integrations and coding; Java or Groovy is a plus.
