About the role

This is an entry‑level opportunity with a fast‑growing specialist recruitment firm in Austin. You will join a team focused on Energy Technology, CleanTech and the broader energy transition, working on live client opportunities from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates and clients across a specialist market.
• Source, approach and interview high‑quality candidates for active vacancies.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer and placement.
• Develop a deep understanding of Energy Technology, CleanTech and related businesses.
• Support existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Grow sales, negotiation, business development and relationship‑management skills.

What we offer

• Base salary of $45,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
• First‑year earning potential of $75,000–$85,000+.
