Entry Level Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

About the role

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. This entry‑level position includes paid training and the opportunity to earn Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data.
• Support treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass TB test and background check.
• Spanish language ability strongly encouraged.
