About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center as a Behavior Interventionist providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA services and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and support treatment programs in various environments.
  • Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

  • High School Diploma (required).
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged.

Required skills

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Data collection and documentation.

What we offer

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $26.00 based on experience and education.
  • Mileage reimbursement paid per mile.
  • Compensation for travel time between client locations.
