Behavior Technician – Make a Difference Working With Children

About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center as a Behavior Technician providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. You will work one‑on‑one with clients in home, school, and community settings, helping them develop communication, social, and self‑help skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass TB test and background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged.

What we offer

• $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
