Part‑Time ABA Therapist (Inglewood, CA)

About the role

Provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County, using a culturally responsive approach that focuses on the whole child and family values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs and collect accurate progress data.
• Support treatment programs by following protocols, reinforcing skill‑building goals, and assisting in program development for ASD.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass TB test and background check.
• Spanish speaking ability strongly needed.

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery.
• Data collection and documentation of client progress.
• Understanding of HIPAA, mandated reporting, and ethical standards.
