Director, AGS Focal – Service Business Unit

About the role

The Director, AGS Focal leads the MDP/ALD Service Business Unit, shaping service product roadmaps and driving growth for the global installed base of metal deposition and atomic layer deposition equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate market analysis, equipment forecasts and customer data into service product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Define and prioritize service product portfolio strategy, value propositions and ROI for new and existing offerings.
• Lead customer‑facing business development managers to create account‑specific service growth plans and execute them with field, sales, engineering and marketing teams.
• Establish operating cadence, metrics and governance to track roadmap execution, revenue, margin, penetration and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Advanced science or engineering degree with 15+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, wafer processing, MDP or ALD.
• Proven leadership of product management and commercial/business development teams.
• Strong financial acumen including business case development, revenue forecasting and ROI/value selling.
