Digital Product Analytics Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Product Analytics Consultant to partner with a premier data and analytics consultancy. In this high‑visibility position you will translate digital data into strategic insights that guide product roadmaps and improve user experiences across mobile and web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user journeys, friction points, feature adoption, and performance trends on mobile and web platforms.
• Design custom queries and tailored analyses beyond standard dashboards.
• Translate complex data into clear, executive‑level recommendations.
• Identify emerging measurement opportunities and turn signals into actionable initiatives.
• Use telemetry and performance data to proactively spot issues before they affect customers.
• Build engaging dashboards and visualizations for product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital/product analytics, covering both mobile and web.
• Strong ability to present insights to senior executives and drive action.
• Comfort working independently as a doer and as a strategic advisor.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with at least one digital analytics platform (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Pendo, Firebase).
• Familiarity with telemetry/performance monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics or cloud‑native solutions).
• Proficiency in BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) – optional but beneficial.
