Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Strategist will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that advances Caring Network’s brand, storytelling, and donor conversion. Working closely with senior leadership, the role drives innovation across social platforms and fundraising channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a national social media and digital engagement strategy to increase brand awareness, mission impact, and digital fundraising.
• Manage social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including paid and organic campaigns, and oversee the creation of donation pages.
• Build and refine donor journeys, integrate with Virtuous, and generate performance reports with KPIs such as clicks, page visits, and conversion rates.
• Identify emerging platforms, tools, and trends to expand reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Committed Christian who aligns with Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Core Values.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Passion for cause‑driven marketing and ability to work collaboratively in an office setting four days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience creating, editing, and optimizing copy for multiple digital channels.
