Deployment Associate – New York

About the role

Rogo is seeking a Deployment Associate to work directly within live accounts at leading financial institutions, helping clients adopt and champion its AI‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve product mastery across the Rogo platform and serve as a trusted resource in client conversations.
• Onboard users quickly, run tailored sessions, and proactively address inactive users.
• Drive adoption by running office hours, identifying repeatable use cases, and building relationships with champions.
• Track engagement and impact, partner with Account Executives on evaluation readouts, and contribute feedback to product.
• Maintain accurate account notes, handoffs, and share recurring client needs to improve future deployments.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with 2‑4 years of client‑facing experience in sales, investment banking, private equity, asset management, consulting, or fintech.
• Strong financial fluency and ability to connect product capabilities to investment research workflows.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, comfortable with senior finance leaders.
• Ambitious, self‑directed, and eager to move into a quota‑carrying sales or pre‑sales role.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and financial workflows.
