Dental Hygienist – Brookhaven (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

About the role

Elegant Smiles is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for its Atlanta‑area practice serving Brookhaven and surrounding neighborhoods. The position offers a patient‑centered environment with one patient per hour, no assisted or double‑booked hygiene, and a compensation model that rewards production.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality hygiene care with a focus on thorough periodontal diagnosis, education, and treatment.
• Utilize advanced digital tools (3D scanners, CBCT, intra‑oral cameras, etc.) to enhance patient understanding and outcomes.
• Collaborate with dentists and the care team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Required profile

• Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Strong patient communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Interest in periodontal therapy, patient education, and clinical growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital 3D scanners, CBCT, AI dental technology.
• Experience using intra‑oral cameras, Cavitrons, portable X‑rays, digital sensors.
• Familiarity with Dry shields/Isolite, hands‑free perio charting, voice note dictation.

• Hourly pay $50–$55 (typical) with potential $60–$70 through production upside.
