About the role

Rime is building a marketing team to tell its unique AI‑driven voice model story to the right buyers at the right moment. As a Demand Generation lead you will create and run the demand engine that drives qualified pipeline for fast‑growing, customer‑obsessed brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate the end‑to‑end demand generation engine, aligning tactics with revenue targets.
• Identify and engage target buyers – VPs of Product, technical builders, and influencing developers – using the optimal format, tone, and channel.
• Drive visibility in AI answer engines and search, ensuring Rime appears in LLM‑based queries.
• Partner with founders, product leaders, and PMMs to define strategy and creative campaigns.
• Execute ABM programs with sales input, shaping events strategy and supporting field marketing.

Required profile

• Proven track record building a demand function from scratch at a high‑growth B2B company.
• Data‑driven mindset: test, measure, and continuously optimize channels.
• Scrappy, resourceful approach to maximize impact per dollar spent.
• Inspirational communicator who can rally teams around a plan.
• Collaborative team player willing to work onsite a few days per week in the San Francisco office.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of B2B demand generation and ABM tactics.
• Experience targeting technical and product leadership audiences.
• Ability to craft multi‑channel campaigns and measure pipeline impact.
