Marketing Manager for Personal Injury & Lemon Law Firm

About the role

Gaslamp Law Group, PC is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising, lead‑generation funnels, and conversion systems for its personal injury and lemon law practices. The role is remote, full‑time, and operates as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube and other platforms, improving cost per qualified lead and client acquisition.
• Enhance landing page conversion rates, intake forms, and overall lead‑to‑client flow.
• Oversee CRM and lead‑tracking workflows integrated with Filevine, RingCentral, and firm intake processes.
• Identify and implement website performance and usability improvements.
• Develop content strategy, SEO initiatives, and coordinate creative production across channels.
• Track, analyze and report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid advertising.
• Proven ability to manage lead‑generation funnels and conversion optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized, independent, and able to work with vendors and internal teams.
• Availability to coordinate with a California‑based team during Pacific Time business hours.
