Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Rime is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the narrative and market positioning of its AI‑driven developer platform. Working in a hybrid setting in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will partner directly with product owners, sales, and demand‑generation teams to translate deep technical capabilities into compelling customer‑focused stories that drive pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the customer by conducting interviews, market research, and competitive analysis, and feeding insights into product roadmaps.
• Create positioning and messaging frameworks for products, personas, and features, and develop tailored collateral for demand generation, SDRs, sales, and channel partners.
• Produce sales enablement assets such as playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive analyses.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market launch plans in collaboration with product, demand generation, sales, and customer success.
• Partner with Demand Generation to craft content strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, demos, videos, and campaigns that support pipeline goals.
• Define and implement best‑practice frameworks that improve product‑marketing outcomes across the organization.

Required profile

• Passionate about narrative as a craft, not merely outsourced to LLMs.
• Experience building product‑marketing functions from scratch in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Ability to translate highly technical capabilities into buyer‑centric value propositions.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end product launches in rapid‑growth settings.
• Experience guiding senior partners through new product introductions.
