Senior Strategy Manager – Managed Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to lead managed‑service engagements for our clients. Based in Atlanta, you will own the development of RFI/RFP narratives, drive growth strategies, and shape industry‑focused insights that guide digital media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end creation of RFI/RFP proposals, defining narrative, structure and strategic rationale.
• Partner with Growth and account teams to craft proactive recommendations that support client retention and new‑business expansion.
• Conduct deep industry, audience and market research to produce internal points of view, capability decks and client‑facing materials.
• Improve strategy workflows by building reusable templates, AI‑enabled processes and other efficiency tools.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pitches, quarterly business reviews and priority client requests.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in media, advertising, strategy, planning or programmatic environments.
• Proven ability to independently lead RFP/RFI development and manage complex strategic projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, audience strategy and omnichannel campaign planning.
• Excellent research, analytical and storytelling capabilities, turning data into compelling strategic narratives.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and/or Google Slides presentation design.
• Proficiency with AI tools for automation, custom assistants and low‑code/no‑code solutions.
