Senior Technical Account Manager – Smart Supply

About the role

We are seeking a strategic client partner to own the Smart Supply experience after the sale, turning signed deals into thriving, growing partnerships. You will be the trusted expert clients rely on and the connective tissue across Growth, Planning, and Ad Ops, driving performance and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for Smart Supply clients post‑agreement, building strong relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Partner with Growth to identify and execute account expansion strategies, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Planning and Strategy to build proposals, support campaign setup, and lead strategic kickoff meetings.
• Maintain deep knowledge of major DSPs and SSPs, troubleshoot technical issues, and act as a subject‑matter expert for PMP deal functionality.
• Monitor live campaign performance, provide reporting with data‑driven insights, and present campaign wrap‑ups.
• Support quarterly business reviews, educate clients on best practices, and coordinate with Sales and Ad Operations for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of client‑facing programmatic advertising experience within DSPs and SSPs.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and accountable.
• Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts to internal teams and agency partners.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Revenue‑driven with a focus on maximizing campaign performance and growth opportunities.
