Customer Success Manager

About the role

CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS analytics products that help businesses make better decisions and extract more value from their data. As a Customer Success Manager you will join the customer‑facing team supporting the growth of our new analytics platform for mid‑market businesses, guiding customers from onboarding through ongoing adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of B2B customers, acting as their trusted point of contact throughout the journey.
• Guide new customers through onboarding, configuration, and initial product adoption.
• Monitor customer engagement, identify adoption risks or opportunities, and conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve the overall experience.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points to internal teams.
• Track customer health metrics, support renewals, and identify opportunities for deeper product adoption and account growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS or other technology products.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Comfortable analyzing product usage data and customer health metrics.
